BEFORE THE LENS
Born in Summit, New Jersey and raise in a Mexican culture family. I've always had the eye for creativity. As a young kid drawing and painting would fascinate me as it would any other kid, giving me the ability to explore my creativity. One of my earliest memory is painting a rainbow for my mom.
Later, on as a young teen I would expand my creativity by trying out different medias such as char coal, oil pastel, weaving, and spray paint. I consider myself more of an unorthodox artist, taking different approach to a canvas as in using fire with oil pastel to give my paintings a unique effect. Learning these medias help me discover my talent in art. I've enter my art work in multiple art show thru out the years. Towards the last year of my high school education I've try to challenge myself into learning digital art as in graphic design, architect, illustration and photography. It turn to be a though challenge for me because I'm more hands on with my artwork rather than sitting front of the computer for hours learning the programs required for these style of digital art. But, at the end of my last year I've manage to get a good feel of some of the digital art. Learning Autocad for architecture that felt with easy as soon as I've gotten the feel of it. However, my favorite would always be photography.
After graduating from Orange High school in Orange, New Jersey. I had no idea what to study, at first it was criminal justice its a good field to study in why not.. But, its not really what I've wanted to study, my parents always told me to go for what I love to do, to chase my dreams. So, I went for photography. It's an amazing feeling taking photos and capturing a moment that one can relive over and over just by looking at the photo. Their is always so much you can do to a photo before and after I take the shot.
